These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the IndiaFC platform by sports clubs, academies, organizations, coaches, and other registered entities ("Club", "User", "Subscriber") using the IndiaFC portal and services. By registering, subscribing, accessing, or using the platform, the User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
IndiaFC is an online platform that enables sports clubs, academies, teams, coaches, players, and sports organizations to create profiles, manage operations, promote activities, communicate with users, and access subscription-based digital services.
IndiaFC acts only as a technology platform and is not responsible for the direct operations, conduct, training quality, financial dealings, safety standards, or legal compliance of any listed club or organization.
IndiaFC does not act as agent, partner, employer, representative, or guarantor of any club, academy, coach, organizer, or user.
By using IndiaFC, the User confirms that:
IndiaFC may request identity proof, registration proof, GST details, PAN, coaching certifications, or other supporting documents for verification purposes.
IndiaFC reserves the right to verify organization details and reject or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
IndiaFC may offer multiple subscription plans with different features, pricing, visibility levels, and service limits. Features and pricing may change periodically.
If enabled:
IndiaFC may provide digital storage space for Clubs to upload and manage content including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, documents, certificates, player records, training materials, event media, and other platform-related content.
Notwithstanding any reference to "unlimited storage," such storage is intended solely for reasonable use in connection with legitimate club, academy, team, coaching, event, and sports-management activities conducted through the IndiaFC platform.
IndiaFC reserves the right to investigate and take action against excessive, abusive, automated, commercial hosting, bulk archival, media streaming, backup, or non-sports-related storage usage that may adversely affect platform performance or other users.
Where IndiaFC reasonably determines that usage exceeds normal operational requirements, IndiaFC may require the User to:

IndiaFC only provides a digital listing and management platform. IndiaFC is not responsible for:
All interactions and transactions between clubs and end users are solely their responsibility.
The Club retains ownership of its uploaded content. However, by uploading content to IndiaFC, the Club grants IndiaFC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: Display, Promote, Publish, Market, and Distribute such content on the platform, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
IndiaFC may remove content that violates laws or platform policies.
All trademarks, branding, software, designs, logos, content, and platform materials belonging to IndiaFC are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not Copy, Reverse engineer, Reproduce, Resell, or Redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Users shall not use IndiaFC branding, trademarks, logos, or domain names in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
Users agree that IndiaFC may collect and process data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The Club is responsible for obtaining proper consent from players, students, parents, coaches, and staff before uploading personal information to the platform.
IndiaFC shall not be liable for unauthorized data uploaded by clubs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndiaFC shall not be liable for:
IndiaFC's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the lower of: (a) amount paid during preceding 3 months, or (b) INR 5,000.
It will be the liability of the respective Clubs for any service provided and the payments they receive from the Users of IndiaFC.
The Club agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IndiaFC, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal proceedings, or expenses arising from:
IndiaFC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:
Termination does not waive pending payment obligations.
IndiaFC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, technical issues, upgrades, or external factors may temporarily affect platform availability.
IndiaFC may modify, discontinue, or update features at any time.
The platform may integrate with third-party services such as Payment gateways, Maps, Messaging services, and Analytics tools.
IndiaFC is not responsible for third-party service availability, security, or actions.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
IndiaFC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

All Clubs irrespective of their subscription plan are expected to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

The Club acknowledges and agrees that participation in sports, training sessions, tournaments, camps, fitness activities, and related events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death.
The Club is solely responsible for:
IndiaFC acts solely as a technology platform and shall not be liable for any injury, accident, illness, disability, death, or other damages suffered by players, parents, coaches, staff, or third parties arising from participation in activities conducted by any Club.
The Club agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IndiaFC against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, or legal proceedings arising from injuries or accidents connected to the Club's operations.
The Club bears full responsibility for the safety and welfare of all participants in its activities.
IndiaFC may facilitate the listing, promotion, registration, or management of tournaments, competitions, camps, leagues, and events. Participation in any such event is undertaken at the sole risk of the Club and its participants.
IndiaFC:
The organizing Club or event organizer remains fully responsible for event execution and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
IndiaFC may, independently or in partnership with Clubs, academies, sports organizations, educational institutions, leagues, or event organizers, organize, co-organize, manage, promote, or support tournaments, competitions, leagues, camps, trials, and sporting events.
Where IndiaFC acts as a host, co-host, technology partner, media partner, or promotional partner for any event:
All Clubs, coaches, administrators, players, parents, and users shall maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
IndiaFC reserves the right to investigate complaints and suspend or terminate accounts involved in such conduct without refund. Serious incidents may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
IndiaFC maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, and abuse on the platform.
Where a Club provides services to minors under the age of 18 years, the Club agrees to:
The Club is solely responsible for safeguarding minors under its care. IndiaFC does not supervise, monitor, or verify the conduct of Club personnel and shall not be liable for any misconduct, abuse, neglect, or safeguarding failures committed by a Club, coach, employee, volunteer, or representative.
Any reported child safety violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
The safety and protection of minors is the sole responsibility of the respective Club and its representatives.
The Club shall ensure that all information published on IndiaFC is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
The Club shall not:
IndiaFC reserves the right to remove, suspend, or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices. IndiaFC shall not be responsible for losses suffered by users who rely on information provided by Clubs. The Club agrees to indemnify IndiaFC against any claims arising from such misrepresentations.
The Club is solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of qualifications, certifications, licenses, experience, and credentials of coaches, trainers, referees, and other personnel.
By uploading or displaying credentials on the platform, the Club represents that such information is genuine, accurate, and verifiable.
IndiaFC:
Submission of forged, altered, misleading, or fraudulent documents may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
IndiaFC may provide technology tools to facilitate registrations, payments, bookings, and memberships. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, IndiaFC is not a party to any agreement between Clubs and players, parents, coaches, or event participants.
All disputes relating to membership fees, coaching fees, tournament fees, training fees, refund requests, and cancellations shall be resolved directly between the relevant parties.
IndiaFC shall not be obligated to mediate, arbitrate, reimburse, or compensate any party for such disputes. Where IndiaFC merely facilitates payment processing, IndiaFC shall not be responsible for determining refund eligibility between Clubs and participants.
The Club acknowledges that photographs, videos, recordings, logos, promotional materials, and other media content may be uploaded to the IndiaFC platform.
The Club represents and warrants that:
The Club grants IndiaFC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, promote, distribute, and market such content in connection with IndiaFC services, advertising, social media, promotional campaigns, and platform operations.
The Club agrees to indemnify IndiaFC against any claims relating to unauthorized use of photographs, videos, or personal likenesses uploaded by the Club. IndiaFC reserves the right to remove media content that violates applicable laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or platform policies.
IndiaFC does not guarantee, certify, endorse, or independently verify:
Users are advised to perform their own due diligence before enrolling, hiring, participating, or making payments. Any decision made based on information available on the platform is undertaken at the user's own risk.
